Three Types of Products not to Sell Online

1) Products that needed to be used immediately
When People want to use something instantly, they will choose to buy the thing from the nearest shop instead of buying it online as they need the thing fast. However, there are people will buy it online but they would expect super fast delivery services. So unless you can deliver your products as fast as McDonald, if not you should avoid selling these products or you'll need to spend a hard time convincing your customers to accept longer shipping time. The remedies for headache and sore throat are some of the products that needed fast.

2) Products that are highly competitive
If a market is crowded with tons of sellers offering the similar type of products, this could mean that the market is very profitable. But if you are just starting out selling online, it is better not to compete in this highly competitive market. Because the existing sellers have experienced and profited long enough in the market that they are able to offer much lower price than you and they can invest a lot in marketing and promotion to dominate the market, making you hard to sell your products in the market. Web hosting product is a good example of very profitable but highly competitive product.

3) Low Demand Products
You obviously don't want to sell a product online that no one want to buy. So when you have come up with a product idea, it is always good to do some research online to find out whether the products are profitable, how many people are searching it online every month. The more people searching it online, the higher the demand.
