By throwing in something like this for free you really increase your conversion rate. This type of marketing works on all levels. You especially see this on television infomercials.

These three methods are quite effective when it comes to making money with ebooks. In the long run the best way for most people would be to make their own ebook. In the short term it may be more helpful to start of buying the master resale rights to ebooks that are already established and resell it.
